This tool is used to determine the quality of concrete surface before applying Epoxy/PU Flooring materials.

If the concrete surface pull strength < 1,5 mpa, the surface is not qualified for Epoxy/PU Flooring works since it will cause a peel-off effect because of the de-bonding.
