This tool is used to check the quality of concrete surface before Epoxy/PU Flooring materials are applied.

If the pressure strength of the concrete surface < 25 N/mm2, the concrete is not qualified for Epoxy/PU Flooring works since it will cause peel-off effect due to debonding.
